eZCom Software is a technology company specializing in business software (EDI) in a fast paced environment with a great atmosphere. We are looking for an exceptional candidate to join our Setup Team. We treat our clients’ concerns as our own so the candidate must have excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to absorb and retain the many aspects of Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) with a friendly, positive and professional attitude.
An ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of computers, great communication skills, have the ability to work both autonomously as well as part of a team, and must be detail-oriented. EDI experience and/or customer service experience is preferred, but not required.
As a setup team member, you will guide and support our customers through every step of the setup and testing process with retailers.
This will include:
Effectively communicating setup procedures to our customers in both written and oral form
Coordinating testing between our customers and their respective retailers
Reading EDI data and EDI specifications to resolve EDI-related issues
Following up with customers and retailers in a timely manner
Maintaining accurate and descriptive notes on all aspects of an implementation within Salesforce.
Education: 2-4 years of college preferred, but not required.
