The Problem

As Shoes of Prey expanded from Australia to a large US retailer “store within a store”,  they required an EDI direct-to-consumer solution that could easily handle large volumes of data –37,000 SKUs,  allowed for a quick startup , and offered an outstanding customer support partnership to educate the company and grow their retailer relationship.  “EDI was new territory for us.  We didn’t know what to expect or what setup would be,” stated Brendan Hall, Shoes of Prey’s Director of Business Development.
